Return & Exchange Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied. You may return most items within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange under the following conditions:

Eligible for return:

1. The product has a quality defect.
2. The product was damaged during transit.
3. The wrong item was shipped (does not match your order).

Not eligible for return:

1. Customized or personalized items.
2. Products that have been used (e.g., kitchen tools that show signs of use).
3. Items with worn or damaged parts or accessories.
4. Items missing original outer packaging or with severely damaged packaging (unless it was necessary to open).
5. Items that, by nature, are not suitable for return (as stated at purchase).
6. Any item not in resalable condition.

How to Apply for a Return

1. For personal reasons: Email our customer service within 14 days of receipt. We will respond within 1–3 business days. Return shipping is at your expense.
2. For quality or shipping issues: Email service@mail.corecaort.com within 14 days. We will cover return shipping costs.
3. Return process: Contact the courier to arrange pickup. Once they receive the item, we will be notified and process your refund within 15 working days.

Please include your order number, name, phone number, and reason for return in your email.
